WHEN IS MY ORDER GOING TO BE DELIVERED?
Every order is sent by our company the next working day (Monday to Friday) after the day you place your order. Orders in Attica, or other major cities, are delivered within 1-2 working days by Geniki Tahidromiki. As for the rest of Greece, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days by Geniki Tahidromiki. The delivery time cannot be precisely estimated and it varies from 10.00 to 19.00.
If you wish to set a specific delivery time, you will be asked to pay an additional fee determined by Geniki Tahidromiki.
It should be noted that there are no deliveries made during weekends and public holidays. In case you wish to receive your order during a weekend, you will be asked to pay an additional fee determined by the courier company.
If you are a registered customer, you can easily view at any time the “Status” of your order by entering the link “MY ACCOUNT”. If your order has been delivered to Geniki Tahidromiki, you may be informed of the exact location of your package by using the shipping number, which is displayed in the page “MY ACCOUNT”.
